The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity. It is an Old Florida Home, placed in paradise on a small river. We have a dock perfect for fishing or watching spectacular sunsets. We can also accommodate boaters that would like to keep their boat in the water upon request.

Beautiful!!! Very welcoming!! Peaceful!! They had lawn chairs for you to enjoy the beauty around you!! Loved reading everyone’s stay there!! Would definitely recommend. Brenda was an amazing host, and the place was very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet location, access to the dock, and kayaks.

This space is tucked away in a cozy nook away from the busy streets. It feels like you're in the country. It was clean and had everything I needed. I was a little surprised at the sound of the trains that passed close by, day and night so if that would bother you, bring some earplugs. Overall a good stay. Thank you!
