Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. We limit our bookings to a minimum of 30 days. We hope to accommodate traveling nurses, doctors, business people, or anyone here for longer stays. We do occasionally open up for shorter stays in between long stay bookings. Best suited for up to 4 adults. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. If our place is unavailable you might check out our sister property next door. They are virtually identical! The living area has a comfortable leather couch (linens provided for extra guest, upon request) a 55" pivot mounted Roku TV with Xfinity HD cable & Blu-Ray DVD player. We have some DVD's for you to watch during your stay or feel free to bring your own. We also have a few games you can enjoy. It also has a workspace for your laptop with High Speed Wireless Internet. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed (hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers) with leather headboard, a 42" pivot mount Roku TV with Xfinity HD cable, and an on suite bath with 36" shower. There is also lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen pillow top bed (hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers) with new linens and leather headboard. The guest bath has a tub-shower combo and plush towels. The kitchen has full size appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with an assortment of K-Cups, pots & pans, Fiestaware dishes, Oneida silverware, Riedel wine classes, drink mixer set, wine bottle opener, blender, commercial style waffle maker, toaster, the list could go on... If you are planning on cooking and eating in this is the place for you. Off the dining room, which seats 4 comfortably there is a covered patio with a table & 4 chairs. During the summer there is an additional covered patio with an adjustable shade cover and 2 reclining chairs to relax in. We also supply a propane BBQ for your use. We have a small propane fire pit available upon request. Refilling the propane tanks will be your responsibility. There is a full laundry with large capacity front load washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. we supply a few pods & dryer sheets for your convenience. We like to recycle so there is a waste basket marked for recyclables and a larger one for non-recyclables in the kitchen closet.
