La casa è situata fronte mare con una vista senza eguali, ha molti confort, è molto pulita e l’accoglienza da parte della proprietaria è veramente difficile da trovare ( frigorifero rifornito con cibo ed acqua, pasta e pane locali etc) Indiscutibilmente…..da consigliare

Abbiamo passato una piacevole settimana a casa di Francesca che, al nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto trovare una spesa fornitissima! Anche la casa è attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire, ombrellone da spiaggia asciugamani e detergenti di ogni genere. Insomma una casa adatta per chi vuole viaggiare leggero e per chi soggiorna per brevi periodi (senza la necessità di comprare ogni volta olio sale zucchero perché già a disposizione). La casa inoltre si trova in una posizione invidiabile, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia; la terrazza del piano di sopra regala magnifiche stellate e splendidi tramonti. Impagabile il rumore del mare che ci cullava di notte . Altra dotazione da noi apprezzatissima la doccia nel cortile interno! Un consiglio per Francesca, fai mettere l’aria condizionata anche nella stanza al primo piano… nei mesi estivi può essercene davvero bisogno!

Casa spaziosa, nuova e ben organizzata a due passi dalla spiaggia S’aena Scoada, di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire per la presenza straordinaria di poseidonia oceanica, ma davvero suggestiva anche soltanto da ammirare in qualsiasi momento - particolarmente al tramonto. Vicinissimo e raggiungibile a piedi un bar-ristorante, per il resto dei servizi si trova tutto a 3 minuti di auto (o 20 di passeggiata che abbiamo affrontato senza problemi più volte anche con un bimbo piccolo). Francesca è gentilissima e disponibile per ogni consiglio. Ci è rimasta la voglia di tornare!

We did not meet in Person but Francesca was very easy to contact and very sweet and helpful at the telephone. She had prepaired everthing for our stay, even provided some fresh food and beverages for us which we were thankful for and which is not something to be taken for granted). The House is as described, directly at the sea (separated by the small beach road) with the beach in 2 minutes walking distance. It is a nice beach with clear water and no stones, and people from the local area come visit it - it was pretty quiet when we stayed there in late September but I guess it gets busy in high season. There is also a bar restaurant where you can eat great fish dishes. However, we love to cook at home a lot - which you can, because Francesca‘s kitchen is very well equipped and also has an oven AND a barbecue at the backyard. There is a Conad Store App.25 min away in Oristano where you can buy fish and local products - and yes, you need a car, even if you don‘t want to travel around like we did. At the West Coast of Sardinia, everything takes a little longer. The roads are badly paved and there are many mountains. We were very surprised that even seemingly short distances like to Bosa or Torre di Corsari take more than an hour by car and are a a bumpy ride at times (but worth it anyhow, especially the drive to Scivu Beach or Piscinas). S‘Arena Scoada is a very quiet place. At Night you can leave the window open and listen to the waves ❤️ however, if you‘re a light sleeper such as me you will find there are more cars going by than you‘d think (especially in the morning). My BF didn’t notice, however, and slept like a log. Please note that there is no air condition in the upper bedroom, which is fine in September but might get very hot in July or august. There is a second bedroom downstairs which has air condition but is not on the seaside. Also the backyard is - of course- a yard in the back of the house and you can’t see the sea from there. The Front garden is actually the parking space and can’t be used to sit and see the sea. There is a balcony from where you can watch the sea and the sunset - unfortunately there is also a lamppost directly in front of the balcony that shines right into the bedroom, but it can be blocked out by shutters at night. WiFi was good and stable and there is a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, if you care for that. In summary, it is the Perfect Place to be if you have little children (the house is very well equipped for that purpose!) and plan to spend most of your holiday time at the local beach or just a few days in peace and quiet at the sea.
