My husband and I loved staying at this location! We were there for a little over 3 months and it felt like home. Israel is super responsive and lives nearby. The loft is accessible through a stairway near the kitchen and has a large table for a work station, a tv, queen sized bed, and a couch. We preferred sleeping in the loft because the bed is more comfortable. The master bedroom is pretty large and also has enough room for a work station. Since we moved from another state we had brought our own utensils, supplies, cookware, and appliances so I can't speak much on the ones at this house. I liked being able to see the tv from the living room while cooking in the kitchen and also while eating at the dining table. There's an attached garage that you can access through a door in the dining area which sets this place a part from all of the other locations especially since there have been random hail storms during our stay. The house is also very close to a lot of shopping areas.

Israel was a very nice accommodating host. My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for 6 months and it was awesome having a garage to park our car in and being in the safe gated community. It’s worth mentioning the gate for the community broke and stayed open a couple times but was usually fixed within a couple days. The condo was well decorated and made it feel like we were staying in someone’s home and not just an empty space like other air bnb’s. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance Israel was quick to respond and make things right. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is convenient to 75 and 635. The bed is okay and the kitchen decently stocked. Israel has done a nice job of modernizing the apartment but the complex where it is located has some subsidence issues so there are cracks in the walls, floors are not level and doors don’t shut easily. Only major issue was the strong smell of smoke most nights from a neighboring unit.

Inside is great. the complex itself has ALOT of dog poop. we see 2 big dogs poop off leash and owners do nothing to pick it up. so outside smells like dog poop. there are alot of apartments nearby and in 30 days we have seen over 10 police visits in 1-2 surrounding complexes. however, surrounding area still feels safe. a few homeless in the bridge underpass on the main road. internet had intermittent issues but host was quick to call internet and fix the problem. host is great. fast at communication. foundation is clearly not aligned as doors have difficulty opening and closing. great to have a garage. love all the cleaning supplies available. good kitchen.

Very centrally located, very close to stores, restaurants and freeways to downtown Dallas. Clean and plenty of room. Comfortable beds & sufficiently furnished. Israel came and nicely fixed things quickly when sink & dishwasher had issues. Will need to be comfortable with stairs, and nightly smell of weed wafting through air duct
