Wonderful place and host. The place gets very cold so not good for people who want a warm place but the place is in a super location with amazing views and animals etc.

We had a lovely week at El Tejar. Maria was so helpful, all her suggestions were great and it was helpful to have Maura on site if we needed anything. The house is very beautiful , it is in the middle of fields of cows and olive groves and it is very peaceful, except when the cows want their breakfast! All the rooms are well appointed and all with ensuite bathrooms, it is worth noting if you are planning to visit in the height of the summer that there is no AC in the bedrooms, but there are plenty of fans. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of shade and a stunning view of the hills. Zufre is the most charming, friendly village with cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend asking Maura to cook a meal, it was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful week. Thank you.

We recently had the peaceful Spanish farm experience staying at a remote home that felt like a hidden gem, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Seville. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality of the groundskeeper, who made us the best chicken paella. Nestled amidst nature's embrace, it offered breathtaking views of picturesque landscapes and serene surroundings. The property was the perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm, allowing us to feel both comfortable and connected to nature. We did have to get creative about finding ways to stay cool in the heat wave in July since there is only AC in the main living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the cozy living spaces with fast Wifi to remote work. What impressed us the most was the genuine friendliness and care that the host Maria extended towards us throughout our stay she provided info gems in the area.

An absolutely fantastic find! Beautifully maintained grounds in a bucolic setting. The town of Zufre is small/ quiet, but an easy walk and worth a visit . If you have the opportunity to have Maura prepare you a meal, do it - delicious!! The only downside to this amazing spot is not wanting to leave because it is so peaceful and relaxing. Maura was great to interact with, a true gem. Highly recommended, we hope to return!

Lovely location. Of the many AirBnBs we have stayed in over the years I think this is the one I would return to as the location is so peaceful and beautiful and although on first sight the house seems a little old and musty it is actually very well equipped and comfortable and perfectly set up to chill out for a few days. The only point worth noting is that there are very few locations nearby to purchase supplies. That said Aracena is simply beautiful and an easy drive so it is a pleasure to make a trip to the supermarket.
