We had one of the best week's of our lives at this farm! I highly recommend staying here as there was so much to do every day, any time of day! The views were spectacular; the experiences even more so! I wish you the same or better as you enjoy your stay here!

If you're considering staying at this listing, don't hesitate any longer, BOOK IT! This has been one of the most magical weeks of our lives. I had thought we might not leave the property as often as we usually do, but we literally didn't leave, EVER! Every single person in our party, from 5 years old to 95 years old had an incredible experience here. The views are breathtaking, my camera roll is filled with shots of the sky from every window and every location outside. The horses are SO friendly, they came up to us and even licked us! I have never experienced anything like it, I felt like a horse whisperer. The kids spent a lot of time with the ponies, petting them, feeding them, and just talking with them. They were ready to leave us and move in by the end of the week! It was wonderful having the ATVs and the mule for us to use, we got the most use out of the mule and the kids would pretend to be in Jurassic Park or Harry Potter as we drove the mule through the grounds. My niece and her dad loved the hammocks and they took turns napping in them as the sun set. I almost forgot to mention the literal THEATER in the basement! We had 4 contented children who made a blanket fort down there and spent a rainy day watching Spiderman. I was jealous, it looked amazing! The treehouse was so cool, and extremely sturdy, even an adult could climb in. It felt like being one of the Lost Boys in Hook, we had a little picnic up there. We played soccer on the soccer pitch, looked at the night sky through the telescope, made delicious s'mores in the fire pit, did flips on the trampoline, and more. The price is definitely worth all of the amazing activities and experiences you will have! John was an attentive host who helped us with any and every question or concern with the utmost care. We also had the pleasure of meeting Old Man Fletcher who was very helpful in starting the kid ATVs as we struggled with that. One note: The road up the hill to the house is very steep and rocky, however, I drive a Honda Fit and if that car can make it up and down, any car can. (**this was in Summer, can't say the same for my Fit in Winter**) Again, if you're on the fence book a stay here, this was the absolute best Airbnb we've ever stayed at and I know we'll be back again soon!!

I had the feeling this place would be special after John sent a very charming write up about the property, including a hand drawn map. But nothing could prepare us for the staggering landscapes of this hilltop retreat. We stayed for a long weekend with family friends and still had room to spare. The kids were on the trampoline before coffee was made, and we loved stargazing from the deck after dinner. John was a very attentive host, checking in to make sure we were settled and providing excellent area recommendations. Don't snooze on a sunset ATV / Mule ride around the upper meadows - it felt like we had stumbled into a movie location. I cannot think of a more bucolic getaway.

This was our favorite Airbnb stay so far. Fully recommend to those looking to decompress and just get away from it all.
