Ivano was the best host. What a pristine and wonderful stay!

Ivanno's hospitality was outstanding! He was kind, helpful, patient, and welcoming. His home is clean, spacious, and had abundant rooms for a large family or multiple smaller families, and had adequate bath towels, pool towels, and supplies. Ivanno went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable with our stay. He helped us arrange transportation to Rome, and it was quite enjoyable to see the countryside after the busyness of the Rome city life. The house is a bit out of the way, but the peace and quiet and the views are absolutely worth it, and having a driver to the train station gave us the opportunity to chat with a local and get recommendations! My teenagers said they can't wait to go back! The pool, patio, and backyard look West and you can see the Mediterranean in the distance. The property has a private gate that leads to the Miralago Hotel that has a wonderful bakery for breakfast with a terrific selection of breakfast pastries and the barista makes the perfect

Our stay was perfect. Ivano’s house is very comfortable and has all a large group needs on the inside AND outside. We were 9 adults and 3 children under 3. Everybody was comfortable- we could have our privacy when we wanted, and hang out all together too. It was the perfect spot for a family reunion. Ivano was the ideal host. Generous and accommodating. A charming wonderful person.

Thank you Ivano for a wonderful stay in your villa. The accommodation was amazing, giving us all the space we needed. The pool was an excellent addition and it was a great place for the children to play and adults to cool down. you were really helpful and before the visit you responded very quickly to any questions we had, even booking an appointment at the hairdresser for us. The location is good, but you definitely need a car as the roads are busy and narrow in some places. we had a small problem finding the villa at the start of the holiday, the satellite navigation system took us close but was not accurate. if you put the directions for the hotel, which is next door and across the road. The villa is number 14. When we arrived Ivano was there to greet us. He was very helpful and welcoming, he shared useful information with us and we settled into the villa instantly. We had everything we needed. A good place to eat next door and a very good pizza restaurant overlooking the lake, 5 minutes away (by car). Thank you Ivano for your kindness and making us feel so welcome. we hope to see you again.

Our families had a wonderfully enjoyable and effortless week stay at Ivano's villa. The eight of us found the house incredibly roomy and comfortable - the two teenage children had plenty of opportunity to have their own spaces, and everyone loved using the generous outdoor spaces in both sun and shade - on the patio and near the pool. Our party split up during the week, part of us using a car out of the driveway, and the others using a wonderful driver Ivano recommended, Vincenzo, in order to be dropped off at the Ciampino train station or to visit sights of interest in the region. We also enjoyed many meals and treats from the nearby Hotel Miralago, which is just steps down the road and offers a delicious and affordable menu. Ivano has a close relationship with the management and made our transactions with them a pleasure. Ivano has an incredible eye for detail regarding the property, and was often present conducting maintenance and keeping everything in tip top shape. He was a wonderful source of advice for using the house and for enjoying the area. We loved our stay in Albano, and will always remember our time there fondly. Many thanks!
