房东很贴心，给我们准备了很多我们没有想到的东西，就是因为在住宅区，可能会有些意想不到的情况发生，比如隔壁在装修，我们早上8点多就被吵醒了，不过这种情况也是难免的，住宅地理位置也很好，购物很方便，总体来说感觉很不错。

We had a great stay at Peggy’s place! The location was PERFECT and having a free parking spot made it that much better. Tons to do, 2 min stroll to the beach, right by the zoo…I could go on and on. Great location, beautiful and cozy property, and Peggy was super responsive and really helpful with recommendations and answering any questions that we had. Everything we could possibly need for our stay was there. I would definitely stay again when I am back on Oahu!

Very convenient. Extremely walkable with numerous nearby amenities. The home itself was also convenient, with designated parking, in-unit laundry, a crib and baby bath, beach gear, etc. However, the level of deferred maintenance, plus a few other major issues, left us very disappointed. When paying this much money, it's unacceptable to have excessive mold growing throughout both bathrooms, a broken garbage disposal, and numerous nails / screws sticking out from the bed (3/5 of us suffered cuts large enough to draw blood). Further, it did not appear the home was cleaned beyond putting on fresh sheets before our arrival. There was a lot of dust, hair, and unidentified dried stains all over the apartment, plus stains on the couch and multiple filthy rugs. Some of the windows did not close all the way. The strong smell of cigarettes that occasionally permeated the kitchen, coupled with the massive railing gaps on the lanai, made us feel this place was not kid-friendly after all.

Amazing location! Literally walking distance to the beach. Convenient to Starbucks, crepes, dinner spots that over looks Waikiki beach. What more can you ask for?! Also, loved the fact there’s 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer in unit. Thank you again!
