I’ve been living there for three months and I don’t regret it. The lightrail is 5 minutes away and the neighborhood is quiet, location based it is a complete win. The basement is sparse and equipped with everything you need on a daily basis. Furthermore, Hayley is great, she’s always there to help. She’s also very sincere, which is highly appreciated. In summary, I had a great time there and all of this combined are great part of it.

I had a very nice stay at Hayley’s! The location is great. You can easily walk to Greenlake and plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants. Traveling throughout the city was easy with the light rail and bus system. The space itself is pretty large and was clean. It was comfortable for a month long stay with everything that I needed provided. Hayley was very kind, communicative, and responsive!

We had a great stay in Hayley’s unit! She was very friendly and communicative, and was able to accommodate flexible check in and check out times. The unit itself was clean, comfortably furnished, and well equipped for a month stay. The area is ideal - close to public transit and restaurants, but quiet and within walking distance of several large parks. I would highly recommend Hayley’s unit!

The positives, the location was amazing. Greenlake was a super close walk, lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and public transport near by. Negatives: Upon arrival, the place had a missing screen window, outside lights and inside lights that were out/not working, half the closet doors were off, exposed wiring on the living room walls, paint peeling off walls, leak in the bathroom shower, broken door on kitchen hutch, and a freezer that did not keep anything cold. The place just looked unfinished. Upon expressing the issues, some were fixed rather quickly. Furniture was mostly itchy, and carpets shed a alot. The biggest issue I had was with noise, yes it is a basement unit but I constantly heard conversations, loud music/tv, or loud gatherings past normal courtesy hours. I worked early hours and it was not suitable for that. For that reason I would not stay here again.

SUPER great location! Would be ideal for shorter stays in the city fer sure. It is a basement unit so foot traffic is noticeable but being a 5min walk to the lightrail to take you anywhere north/south of Seattle is worth it.
