Nice private pool. Only to far to walk from the city, but easy to do by a cheap taxi.

In all honesty for the price we paid we were extremely underwhelmed by this property. The apartment itself was fine albeit completely characterless and borderline clinical. That’s said, the aircon didn’t really work and the swimming pool area was very claustrophobic and encased as if caged. The surrounding area was lifeless and reminiscent of an abandoned construction site. We were also flanked by a motorway which did not contribute any serenity, nor did the gentleman operating a Pneumatic drill in his driveway for 4-5hrs every day. Most of this I could have tolerated however what we felt was dishonest was there absolutely no mention that the owner/ host live in the flat below and you are therefore constantly being monitored. We also thought the photo representation was misleading, as if the pool area would on the same level as the apartment and seperated by bay windows. The reality is the apartment is on the 3rd floor so walking up endless flights of stairs and traipsing round buildings to get to and from the pool becomes boring quite quickly. The reality is we were overcharged and I feel slightly misled, hence the critical review.

Had a great time at Josip’s apartment. Check in was super easy as Josip showed us the pool area and the rooms etc. Apartment was spacious and modern. We really liked the 3 balconies. The one off the master bedroom had a great view. Pool area was great with a bbq, outdoor seating area and toilet. The apartment is a 15 minute drive away from split centre but close to two shopping centres. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous and well appointed apartment in easy reach of the city and its beautiful old town via Uber. The private pool area is a real bonus and was well used by our family. Josip and his family are the perfect hosts giving immediate responses to questions and nothing being too much bother. Split is a beautiful city and we would strongly recommend taking a speedboat on one of the island tours - the Blue Lagoon and it’s clear waters is a must but we also enjoyed visiting Trogir. All in all we had a wonderful family holiday and really appreciated the hospitality offered by Josip.

Die wohnung war sehr sauber und war ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der check in war sehr unkompliziert und konnte sogar früher stattfinden. Josip hatte gute tipps und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
