Carlos is a great host and place was great. His apartment is clean and quiet. It's literally around the corner from the city center so a 2 minute walk you have access to all the restaurants. 5 minute walk to Santa Marta beach. Apartment has 2 Air conditioners which kept the place really cool. Block is safe and Carlos went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean place. I really enjoyed Carlos' place. the only thing that annoyed me were the mosquitos in the kitchen because it's easy access for them through the patio. Use insect repellent !! Besides that I love it.!

I loved staying at Carlos’ place. The apartment was exactly as described and Carlos was super helpful with checking in and providing local recommendations. Would stay here again!

Sucha gem! Beautiful, spotless spot right in the heart of SM without being to noisy. Carlos was so sound and gave us loads of recommendations. Couldn’t recommend it enough for a little oasis in the madness of SM!

Carlos is a super friendly host and very responsive. The unit is literally one block from the popular Parque los novios. Only 5 min walk to the bay. Highly recommended!
