很舒服的小房子,门前就是花园很漂亮,房东很热情,对当地的餐饮与娱乐都很熟悉,可以向房东咨询旅游相关的东西,最棒的地方是房子的地点,非常漂亮的一个地方而且就在old town的山上,很安静而且很方便,去几乎任何地方都是10-15分钟就能到达

Thank you so much for your hospitality. I have been bragging about my stay here thus far. It has been an absolute pleasure from the beverages provided even down to the ample amount of hangers in the closet made available. The small things mattered. This was my message to the hosts. The place feels so “homey” and definitely added value to my stay. It was a pleasure.

Had a few issues during our stay. Rare bad weather in San Diego and the room heater/air conditioner was not up to the task. Also, the sliding door to the bathroom did not close fully. The size of the room is small.

Stephen'hs place is exactly as described. What really stands out is the blissful and serene surroundings, the unique architecture of the homes in the neighborhood, and the ease of access to the roadways. The landscaping in the backyard and on the pergola really gives it a garden villa feel. The rental has been tastefully converted into a cozy studio with plenty of natural lighting, luggage storage, and a sizeable washroom with a modern shower stall. Even though this unit is on the grounds of Stephen's private home (a converted two-car garage); We felt like we had it all to ourselves. I'd heard his pet dog bark only once during our entire stay! Being awoken by songbirds each morning was a welcomed meditative sound, instead of jet flyovers. There were no intrusive flyovers, even though located just minutes from the airport. Stephen provided complimentary beverages and chocolate "Welcome" treats. I would definitely stay here again.

Steve and Corolla’s Casita is charming and extremely well located in a beautiful part of San Diego and close to Old Town and major traffic routes. We stayed for almost a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Steve and Corolla were very gracious hosts and we would definitely Stay at their Casita again!
