We stayed in Newton for a wedding at the Alta House and this was perfection to have the whole groomsman group together, lots of things to do at the air bnb between the hot tub, poker table, walking the timber to find the pond and getting drinks at the bar directly across the street! The home was very inviting, you could tell they put extra thought and effort into the "guests" side of the main room, made it easy to feel at home and not to worry about disturbing the homeowners private items. Such a unique home - I was surprised how quickly I relaxed here. Will stay again if given the chance!

Our stay was amazing! We felt right at home from the minute we arrived and the added bonus of the bar/restaurant/driving range right across the road was the cherry on top! We can’t wait for our next stay here!

This is a great place to stay if you are in need of a home for a large family or a group of friends! The house is very big, with plenty of space for people to hang out, make themselves comfortable and relax. Dawn is a very pleasant person to deal with, she was very helpful during our stay. The one thing that stopped this trip from being 5 stars for us was the indoor cats. Truthfully, this issue was more on us than it was on Dawn and her husband. We did not read the listing as carefully and when we got there, realized that there were a couple indoor cats, and at least 2 others around the property as well. My father-in-law has really bad allergies, and ended up having to leave and move to a hotel for the night. So if you have someone in your group who has a bad cat allergy, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, though, it is an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

This was our second stay with Dawn. Our stay was as expected. Was a great place to stay with a group of friends.
