Great value, clean and comfortable.
Francie provided clear instructions for checking in. We arrived on a late flight in to Perth. Her place was easy to find, quiet and comfortable. Lots of good cafes within short drive for breakfast the next day.
Francie's place was super nice. It felt like a big home with all kinds of different people staying, short term and long term. We really enjoyed the big shared kitchen to cook some nice meals (we even got take away containers for our left overs 🙏) Thank you so much!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Francies place. Comfortable room close to shower and toilet. Sitting room with television closeby. Lovely kitchen and dining area downstairs with great outdoor sitting areas and a lovely pool. Very close to the train station to take you to Claremont with many great restaurants and great shopping. We would certainly recommend this Airbnb to future travelers.

步行4分钟即可抵达火车站，搭乘巴士更少。我有时街边停车位，但如果停车位已满，总是有很多街边停车位。

Hi, I'm friendly and helpful. My house is well organised and runs pretty smoothly. I have a gorgeous ragdoll cat called Raspa, but he's not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms. I can get by in French and Spanish. I love airbnb, both hosting and guesting, dont know what we all did without it ....... well, we all just paid too much for hotel accomodation lol
