10/10. The house and area is so cute I’m going to miss it for sure. Everything (kitchen, room, bathroom) is clean, I also got new sheets after a week. The bed was comfortable, I honestly haven’t slept this good in a while. The location is PERFECT, there are so many shops and cute restaurants nearby and going to central london is very easy from there. Bill was very nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommend it to anyone and I’d also come back anytime! :)

It was a nice, short stay at Bill's! 😃 Checking in was simple and the location is close to the train station. The room was well-prepared and there were clear instructions to follow. The wifi was a bit spotty at times which made working and using video a bit difficult (dropped calls), so perhaps if you need to work, have your mobile hotspot ready! If having perfect wifi isn't necessary for you, then it should be enough 😄

Bill’s place is a real gem. The flat is located at a quiet corner, but is also just a stone’s throw from the High Street. Getting into Central London was a breeze. The room is cozy and clean, and Bill looks after his home well. Bill is easy going and respects your space. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Great little place with great links into Central London but also in a nice quieter area. Bill is a great host and around to sort any issues (not that I had any!). For the price, the value is unbeatable and I’d most definitely look to stay here again if needed when working in the city! Thanks Bill 😊

I didn’t spend much time at Bill’s place but it was the perfect Airbnb for my weekend in Streatham. Bill’s very friendly and would definitely recommend this place.
