Great space for large family gathering. Quiet and peaceful with lots of space. Vinyards lovely to walk around and of course the wine sampling was excellent !

Beautiful house in a lovely vineyard setting surrounded by picture-perfect countryside. It is peaceful and rural but also within easy reach of many excellent places to visit. Great host and super property heartily recommended.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Lance's. Very spacious accommodation and a great swimming pool, especially for the young children we had with our party. Access to the property is along a very narrow lane which takes a little getting used to, especially for city dwellers like us! But all part of the charm. The backdrop of the vineyards is great and a safe place for walking the 3 dogs we also had with us. Weather not so good but nothing Lance could do about that and it certainly didn't detract from our enjoyment of the time we spent there.

an amazing location and setting, with fantastic amenities, which led to a wonderful family holiday making precious memories. the only drawback is the need for minor maintenance throughout. Once this is dealt with, the property would be well worth the money.

This accommodation is perfect for big families and groups that need space. We particularly enjoyed the pool and cinema room. Lance and Caroline are great hosts and we loved their enthusiasm for their ventures on their estate. We were free to roam around their land with our children and dogs which was so relaxing. Close to great beaches and villages but beware if you have a large vehicle as the roads immediately around the property are very narrow. If you don’t want to make many trips out for provisions order a delivery and/or take a basic store cupboard selection with you! The location is glorious. Great to wake up surrounded by vineyards and pasture. Missing it already.
