Esmee’s place had a beach and holiday feel to it that we enjoyed. It was so relaxing, and the location perfect for forest and beach walks, as well as seeing the tulips. Esmee was a great host. She set up a cot and high chair for our toddler, and also some well loved toys! She also gave us a recommendation for a delicious pancake restaurant. We had a great time!

The bungalow is in a beautiful location and very welcoming. We were able to access lots of family friendly places, like the Keukenhof, nice places to eat, walking, and into Leiden for the natural history museum. All the basics and essentials were there. It was warm and comfortable and Esmee was very friendly and responsive. Also good parking. The only challenge we had was the sleeping arrangements. It wasn’t clear from the listing that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next, and so this didn’t work for us in being able to have our toddler in a separate room that we could still access in the night, as my mum was also with us. We should have checked properly before booking, as in the end our daughter was in the double bedroom with us. This meant we didn’t get very good sleep! As 3 bedrooms was our main priority when we booked this was a shame, but our needs were quite specific. I recommend anyone needing 3 bedrooms to check the layout will work for them first.

Really nice stay, close to major sites like Keukenhof and Amsterdam for day trips. Lovely paths to walk nearby. The home is setup with everything you need for a quick stay.

A lovely well equipped little house in a very private and secure holiday park. Lovely garden- very well maintained and secure. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you would need (except perhaps a dishwasher). Very nicely decorated and appointed house. Very good central heating- quick to warm up. Lots of toys and games for children. The house is very well suited to a small family! A great host- very communicative, friendly and helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise! All in all, a great stay- would definitely recommend!
