We had a very good two-night stay, using the chalet as a base whilst working on a boat in the area. Met our needs completely.

Good communication from Ray,Chalet clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a weeks stay.Wifi was a great bonus for my partner! Mainly caught the bus into Dartmouth runs every hour ,last bus back at 9pm and £2.50 return , taxi approx £10 ...great base to explore.Main road too dangerous to walk into Dartmouth ( there is a path you can walk via but I never managed to find it but would be too steep going into Dartmouth for my partner anyway ) Hope to return next year

Spent a few days in Dartmouth celebrating my sisters 60th birthday and Rays place was the perfect base. Clean, tidy and comfortable with the added touch of milk, bread and butter which was greatly appreciated!

We had a lovely stay at Rays place. We loved exploring Dartmouth (although we used to live nearby so no strangers!) We were really comfortable here and the chalet had everything we needed. The cleanliness was acceptable although I would say no outstanding. Could be cleaner. We thought the bread, milk and butter touch was lovely, thank you

Really lovely stay, it was like a home from home, cosy, clean and comfy! We had everything we needed, including bread, milk and butter provided. Ray was communicative and friendly. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you Ray and family.
