While the staff was courteous and well trained, they were unhelpful and that was unkind. One of our party needed surgery on our check in date, that was unavoidable and scary. I called asking for any flexibility whatsoever on our stay: we could come during a slow time, on unpopular dates, in order that they keep our money but we have a fair exchange of goods and services… They said that there was nothing that could be done and no credit would be given. Which is untrue. While we cared for our family member in pain from unanticipated surgery… they kept our 2700$ They made the choice to keep our money and gave no option for reciprocity. I could have bought the 500$ insurance - true. They could have given us a credit for a Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday night when the ski season is over but it’s not yet warm. People make choices. The exchange lacked humanity and the humility to understand that when dealing with people: sometimes people get sick, very truly sick.

Great location, loved the interior space, three private guest suites, one with a balcony, plus bath tubs, we’ll equipped kitchen, extra TLC at checkin, much appreciated. The champagne and out of this world chocolates made our anniversary so special. Thank you!

Loved this condo and location! The layout is fantastic with the full suite for each bedroom. Lots of room and great furnishings. Literally across the parking lot from The Bavarian and Lift 4. Excellent communication.
