This is a very cute small studio. It's a rustic, basic, open space w/ kitchen & bathroom. Perfect to travel on a budget, nice & clean, in the best part of Jaco beach. There is no AC or pool, no glass windows, only a mosquito net on the window. But there is a ceiling fan and standing fan. It's a 10 min walk to the beach & 15 minutes to town where all restaurants & shops are. Surrounded by gardens & surf boards this is the perfect spot to come to CR catch some waves, meet people and relax. Welcome to the California - a two-story building in a safe, quiet space with simple, rustic surroundings. Located in the south of Jaco beach about a 10 min. walk from the ocean. Our simple studios are designed with artistic touches, clean bed sheets, and two fresh towels. Each room has open windows with a mosquito screen for bugs. They are not glass windows, only screens, so it's important to keep noise to a minimum. This is not a beachfront property, but this building is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 10 minutes to get to the beach, which is south of here. There you can take surf lessons, swim, catch a sunset, and see the horseback riding tours. The town is a 15 minute walk, and you will find access to a variety of things such as options for tours, supermarkets, retail shops, dining, banks and ATMs.
