Hilfsbereit, Freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend. Late Check Out ohne Komplikationen. Mir persönlich ging es die letzten Tage nicht so gut, es wurde sofort ein Arzt angeboten, nochmal Danke dafür. Das Appartement war modern und wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, danke für alles.

Gede B’s place was exactly what I needed after a long flight into Bali. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant came out to greet me, helped me bring the luggage inside, and brought my luggage to my room as the elevator was being repaired. Overall my stay was great. A really clean bathroom and I absolutely loved the shower! I would stay here again.

We arrived at Sanur for a one night stay before heading to Uluwatu, but wish we could have stayed longer after arriving at the hotel and seeing the surrounding area! Check in was very smooth, with a delicious welcome drink. We took a walk down to the beach where we found the hotel loungers with ease after a quick response from staff via Airbnb. In the evening we went to a restaurant opposite the hotel where they were holding a traditional Balinese evening of food and entertainment, would highly recommend! Everyone we met in Sanur was extremely friendly, and will definitely be returning!

It's a good experience to live in this place. Their team is quickly responded, friendly and helpful. Welcome drinks, nice room services, 110&240V chargers in the room. All the details are considered. The place is good, located on the street by the beach. During nights the atmosphere of the musical bars on the street is awesome. Some of things is not in my expectations. But it is probably because the policy of the platform. When I booked it on Airbnb, the location/name of the place was not shown on the page. The pics were in low resolution. The description about the room is not clear. There are different level of the room but you can not see the difference based on the pages. I thought it a superior room with bathtub(and in the picture there is a bathtub) but when I checked in there is nothing. They changed the introduction to the room on the pages. Some information I read before is now disappearing. I think it cause the misunderstanding of the customers. That's why I rated it 4 stars.
