Our stay was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The house was stunning, cleaner and more beautiful than the photos could capture, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located in nature, yet was conveniently close to town for easy access to stores. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family or friends getaway. We were really amazed.

WHAT a place!! As a big group holiday for a bunch of university friends; this was a massive success. The place is fantastic, easy walking all around and quick to both slovenian and croatian hiking routes. We had a hilarious time adventuring and exploring: the kitchen is catering grade and very well set up for big groups which definitely helped. Limited wifi upstairs but that did mean we were all down quick in the mornings! Double hot tubs went down well… We fit 11 of us (all adults) in the big outside one. You need to be friendly - but it is possible! Communication was superb, and we took the advice to visit the family restaurant too (an excellent decision- delicious and very accessible). I hope we will be back! Thank you for everything.

I cannot recommend Franc's place enough. The location is beautiful, and the house itself spacious and has everything you would need. The hot tub outside was huge with plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 4 kids), the kitchen has all professional grade appliances and there is a full wellness area in the cellar (finish sauna and indoor whirlpool). We will definitely be coming back!
