We would enjoy having your company at Grande Ronde Cowcamp. We suggest you get supplies like gas and groceries, etc., before you arrive as the closest services are 25 miles away at La Grande. Please follow the directions that we give each guest as GPS does not work here. Also since we don't have cell service in our area, written directions come in handy. We have WIFI at the main house and you are welcome to check your email, etc. However, the mission that my husband and I built our business on was to give our guests the opportunity to be in the county and enjoy the surrounding area with out interruptions. Most guest find it refreshing to be able to sit back and enjoy the quiet. You will find it is a great area to go for a walk, take a drive to view wild life, or play games and visit with your family. We also have a miniature horse that is always ready to greet you and your party. Your log cabin is comfortable furnished and at the end of your day nestle down under comfy home made quilts. We provide dishes, cooking utensils, a gas BBQ, microwave and coffee bar. Towels and shampoo/soaps are provided also. My husband and I have lived on ranches in Eastern Washington and Oregon. We enjoy meeting new people, and being able to share the country life with them. It is important to us that guests feel at comfortable and at home. We live on the facility and so are here to answer questions or concerns you may have to make sure you have a pleasurable stay. John and Jeanne
