We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting and even more perfect hosts for our recent trip. The house was immaculate and well equipped for all of our needs. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds and spending time by the pool as much as we did staying indoors in the comforts of this beautifully appointed home. Not far away are quaint little towns with easy access to shopping, grocery and local markets and a bit further afield the town of Angers and many of the famous chateau of the Loire Valley region. Our hosts couldn’t have been more kind and the housekeeper Mélanie prepared a couple of meals for us during our stay. Overall a trip full of wonderful memories and cannot thank our hosts enough for welcoming us into their home.

We had a lovely time staying at this prestigious old hunting mansion in a very Tranquil area. The interior is very tastefully furnished with antiques and decorated in a period style to match the age of the property. It appears to have been extensively decorated throughout. The pool is clearly brand new and very large. There is a shaded area for sun beds if needed. Both Herve the owner and Melanie the housekeeper are very attentive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a beautiful stay in this home! It is a truely stunning house with everything we could need for a relaxing weekend away with a group of adults or a large family. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends, family or anyone looking for a beautiful weekend in the French countryside. We hope to return again in the future!
