Total gem and we were lucky to snag it for a weekend away. Great walkability. Place had everything we needed. Very friendly hosts. Highly recommend. Thanks for making such a great space for visitors to Wayzata!

We met Bob as soon as we arrived and one could tell how much he loved the apartment and wanted his guests to be comfortable. The day after we arrived we were greeted by a snow storm. Bob was there to help. He was amazing. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand. We talked many times throughout our week stay and became fast friends. My granddaughter and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you for your thoughtful touches. Loved the heated towel rack and mattress. The shower was top shelf. The candy jar was too tempting. We especially liked the coffee table in the living room with the raised section and the the coffee station where I could grind my own coffee. The Suite was immaculate having everything one could need. The location is ideal. Loved listening to Bob tell us about the local area with all its shops and restaurants in walking walking distance. The lake and bike trails are close by. We hope to come again in warmer weather to enjoy the garden. Blessings, Sharon and Serefina

Fantastic. A lot bigger than we expected. Great location close to lake and all the downtown restaurants. in this cases it's wonderful having the hosts nearby as they helped us a lot on various items and very pleasant people. we can highly recommend this Airbnb and will come back again.
