We enjoyed out first stay that we returned for another. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift. The apartment is bigger than the pictures, lots of windows to bring in sunlight. Vladimir is very helpful and friendly. My family and I enjoyed our time spent in Skopje and meeting Vladimir. We recommend this apartment for families and long term stays.

Staying at Vladimir's apartment was perfect for our month stay. He was very helpful with helping us sort out our transfer from Thessaloniki Greece right to the apartment in Skopje. The apartment is on the 4th floor that has a lift. It's pretty quiet for being downtown. He gave us helpful tips and suggestions of places to see, where to find items around the city, and was very quick to have the toilet seat and washing machine fixed when they broke. The beds are comfortable and sleep the six of us. The couches are leather and very comfortable. The dinning room table seats all 6 of us and there is an extra table in the kitchen. We would highly recommend Vladimir as a host and his apartment. We will stay here again in the future!

This has been a wonderful experience from the very beginning when we reached out to Vladimir for more information about his place, to the checkout. I'm not sure I can share all the great things about our stay in only 1K characters. The communication was wonderful - shared the info about the place, the location, places to visit and dine, and much more. The place is in great location in the downtown area with easy access to the Old Bazaar, parks, shops, restaurants, plenty of public transportation options. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and we felt as we were at home. The balcony can be enjoyed when the weather is nice (ended up using it a lot as the weather was unusually warm for the time of the year we were there). Our party of 5 was very comfortable, the beds were great and we had all the amenities to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped, although we got to use the pots for Turkish coffee the most. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we plan on staying there again!

Great location, Close by (walking distance) to most to the key locations in centre of Skopje and places of interest. Very helpful host, I feel like at home in Vladimir's apartment.

It's a pretty interesting building that doesn't give the best first impression but I grew to love the local neighborhood feel with the kids playing games in the courtyard, basketball court always active, and residents just hanging with friends. The location couldn't be better as you have easy access to the center, mall, the old Bazaar, Debaar Malo, and much more. All within about 15min walking. Vladimir and his crew were very helpful, the apartment itself was spacious, nice, and well-equipped, and the balcony was lovely to enjoy. It's an easy recommendation from me
