We spent a few days here. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is quite far away from the port (about 30 min walk) but you can easily find it. If you dont want to walk, just take a taxi or if you're lucky to catch the bus this is also perfect. Bus Stop to Ksamil and Butrint ist just across the street. The view was absolutely stunning, we watched the sunset every evening. A few things are there to say, first of all, you should invest in a big enough data package, the WiFi was there, but not very stable. Second of all you need to know, that Saranda is going trough a lot of changes right now. There are hotels and apartments being build on every corner, there will be building sounds. BUT the wiev from the apartment cant be blocked, so be sure to enjoy it. There are restaurants and tiny supermarkets nearby so you can take care of yourself and cook for example. All over, we liked it a lot here at the apartment!!

vriendelijke host en prachtig zicht. Alles was heel proper en voorzien van lakens en handdoeken. Het is een heel ruim en lichtrijk appartement dus dat was altijd heel aangenaam om ook binnen te vertoeven. We vonden wel geen koffie capsules in de winkel voor het koffiemachine en de keuken zelf was een beetje beperkt qua materiaal en basisingrediënten zoals kruiden en vetstof. We bleven maar 3 dagen dus we hebben die zaken niet aangekocht voor de korte tijd dat we daar waren dus uiteindelijk hebben we weinig gebruik gemaakt van de keuken zelf. Voor de rest zeker een aanrader.

Die Wohnung war wie angegeben. Alles war sauber, das Zentrum und Meer waren schnell zu erreichen. Keti hat sehr schnell geantwortet und viele Fragen im Vorhinein bereits geklärt. Für den Preis war es eine perfekte Wohnung. Lediglich sind die Wände dünn und es ist viel von draußen und den Nachbarn zuhören.

Pros: The apartment is very beautiful and very clean with an amazing view, definitely worth the price! Cons: Despite messaging the host with our arrival time the day before arrival and once again a few hours before arriving, we received no response and there was no co-host waiting like in the description. We patiently waited around, still no show. Texted the host again, still no response. We did not get a reply until we went through Airbnb support and could call her. By the time she answered and her co-host let us in we had been waiting for 40 minutes. If you are a sensitive sleeper, bring an eye mask and ear plugs as it is located on a loud street, and the neighbor's AC unit can be heard through the night. As another review also states, the elevator is sketchy and the doors got temporarily stuck when we tried to exit it once. The garage door remote also didn’t work so it made parking a hassle. The front door to the building is left open 24/7 by the neighbors, anyone can enter.

We stayed at Ketis pace or 2 days and the room has a beautiful view and the room is super clean and has a covered car parking. Keti is too good and very welcoming also.
