I had a very calming time at Clare’s. The views of the sea couldn’t be better & rate up there as some of the best views I’ve had from an Airbnb. It was lovely to sleep with the window open and hear the sounds of the waves and the weather as I slept. Nicky was my point of contact & she was in touch with Clare, although Nicky took care of everything quickly & kindly. Communication was easy, access was very easy and I was able to arrive when I wanted due to a keysafe system. The place was clean, well equipped and well located, only a short walk into Bexhill. All in all a great stay thanks.

I had a great stay at Sovereign’s Rest. My hosts were very kind and friendly. Easy and flexible check in and out. Really comfortable and clean space. Amazing views from large windows in all directions. The seafront location is fantastic but you get peace and quiet too, so the best of both. Lovely balcony option to sit and relax. Kind welcome items provided for me to start my stay. I was lucky to stay during a hot spell which made the seaside experience even stronger.

This was my second stay at Sovereign's Rest this year. As on my previous visit the flat was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Nice touch of milk, juice, treats, tea, coffee etc to tide you over till you make the shops. I had the benefit this time of the most glorious weather. The small balcony area makes an ideal place to sit and have coffee and watch the area awake. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Communications through Nicky, Clare's co-host, were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Many thanks Clare and Nicky.
