What we really loved about John's place was the terrace space on the roof. Having lunch on a mountain top right next to the historical center of Salobreña was an astonishing feeling. We also really appreciated the variety of kitchen appliances and the perfect balance between traditional interior and modern touches.

The place is located almost st the tip of the old Salobrena settlement, literally just a flight of stairs from the entrance to the castle. The surrounding is amazing as is the view from the highest of its three terraces, one private the other two shared. The place is very well appointed with external and internal eating areas a fully furnished kitchen with all one desired and a washing machine. The living room has a high def TV which is connected to the internet [the latter tends to play up, something the host is addressing with the provider]. Two large bedrooms one with twin beds and a large bathroom... We felt so at home and enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the top terrace sipping sangria watching the colours of dusk embracing the coast. We really did not want to leave... as we literally fell in love with the place.
