Basic accommodation in a great location, close to Old Street station and only a 15 minute walk from Liverpool Street station for the Stansted Express. Communication was good and instructions were clear. Deposit refunded promptly after leaving.

Pros: - Great location. - Relatively quiet, especially considering the bustling location. - Spacious flat that even comes with a balcony. - Large windows that let in lots of sunlight in both the living room and bedroom. - Spacious kitchen surfaces, large fridge and freezer. - Lots of racks, drawers and storage for clothes. - Building seems safe and has a part time concierge. - Host was very professional in their handling of communication and response. Cons: - Very basic decoration and amenities. - Limited (but sufficient) crockery. - Cleanliness could have been a little better... Overall, I thought this was a pretty good spot and I’d recommend it!

Had to pay £250 deposit , unusual. We stayed at Old Street. Since managed by a property company we had higher expectations though not necessarily met. Whilst clean it was not a deep clean as in we found personal items from previous occupiers behind the drawers and under the bed. The bedding had no mattress protector , no pillow protectors and the quilt was old and ill fitting. There was no iron, no can opener, no cleaning products or kitchen basics like salt&pepper paper towel etc. They provided 2 garbage bags for a 3 week stay so we even had to buy these. The wifi was patchy and not good for work. No furniture for the balcony. The main positive for us was the location which was great and the secure building.
