Alice's place is fantastic. Has everything you need for short or longer stays. Building is clean, quiet and safe. The location is great, close to streetcars and subways if you need to go further. Around the building there is everything that you need - attractions, restaurants, the lake all in walking distance. Alice was very fast in responding and provinding information that I needed. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Everything is perfect, the room is well located, nice, big, clean and comfortable. The common areas of the building is good. The owner of the room (Alice) is friendly and responds quickly.

The apartment is very good for long stays and perfect location. I entered the apartment a week later due to border restrictions, I communicated it to the owner and her response was that cleaning was already hired for that week, so when I entered the house it was dusty. Also, one of the rooms was locked. In the second month, the light in the bathroom went out, I told them to give me another light bulb and I changed it but they decided to go with a copy of the keys and change them, I did not think it was very good because it is invading privacy. After staying 3 months in the house I asked to leave a little later since my flight left in the afternoon and it was a very long trip but they said no without any explanation (I think they were not very pleasant). They did not give me any recommendations from the city or explain how the building worked (reservation of spaces such as the gym, how the gabage chute worked, etc.)
