This is a perfect place, very convenience, the apartment is perfectly clean, very comfortable,communication is perfect, Geoff is very friendly and clear of communication. If I come to Sydney, I would like to stay here again, and I strongly recommend.

A charming place to stay. Very close to public transport and a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes around the building. The owner is helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is sparkling clean. Will be staying again in the future.

First the good points: 1. Location was good - one train station from the airport; Supermarkets Woolworths, Aldi and Chinese supermarket within close distance; Asian eateries downstairs generally close late at around 10pm or so - and mostly open during the Xmas/NY season - lots of foreigners staying around the area 2. Building relatively safe - access cards required into main entrance+lifts 3. Geoff was friendly and reachable during the entire stay - he met us to pass us the keys, walked us through the unit, and quickly replaced the pots, pans, plates etc and consumables that were lacking/unusable. He recommended a several good tourist spots Some negative points during our stay: 1. Toilet seat in the main toilet was missing a screw and not properly held in place, cause the seat to swivel everything we used it - we had to put up with that through the entire stay 2. Fire alarm went off at 3am one night, disrupting our sleep - went down to see a other residents crowding around, firemen were trying to switch off the false alarm - building management nowhere to be seen (enjoying their sound zzz, nooo worries mate) - could have warned us about the sensitive alarm before hand - not an issue if you enjoy the surprise of being woken up at 3am 3. Public transport may be a bit expensive to some. We spent a lot on transport (Uber+trains) going to town as it is a main transfer area - on hindsight getting a place closer to town may help save a little bit more on transport - everything depends on price at the end of the day, something to evaluate. Overall, a good stay for us (8 out of 10) due to Geoff's friendliness+fast response to stock up the consumables when we met us on entry. We also loved the unit/location in general.
