Gorgeous and very clean house! PROS: Beach chairs, umbrella, towels all in excellent condition with a beach pass for each guest. Full great kitchen for cooking, BBQ. Great rainfall showers!! CONS: Kitchen is on the third floor, which is great to be on top deck, but tough on anyone who is elderly or out of shape :p Top deck very sunny, needs new deck umbrella. Overall great stay!

5 star experience! To start, Kathleen was an absolute dream to work with. She instantly responded to questions and was extremely accommodating pre-trip. She checking in mid-rental to see if we needed anything and was so gracious the entire time. Icing on the cake- the house was fantastic! Bedrooms- great space, all the sheets, pillows and bathroom items were very clean and ready to go. The master closet is quite large so we ended up putting our portable crib in there- it was perfect! Living room/kitchen- great open space, lovely little art tray with game cards, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils/pans and made cooking very easy. Deck- the outside deck on the 3rd floor (living/kitchen floor) is so relaxing. There is a great outdoor sofa/table, a round table for 4 and grill with a lovely distant view of the bay. We enjoyed a glass of wine and perfect breeze every night! Location was fantastic- easy walk to restaurants, coffee/bagel shops, fantastic playgrounds and of course the beach! The host also has a number of nice beach chairs and plenty towels. The area is fairly busy so having access to the basement garage to park made it so easy. From start to finish we were beyond thrilled with the experience and plan on renting every year for our family reunion. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Air BnB. Kathleen made this a very fun and easy process to enjoy myself while on a work trip. I completely recommend this location! You’re in good hands with Kathleen. Thank you!!

We are a group of 25 year old girls who unexpectedly stayed at Kathleen's place after an unfortunate string of events left us at a prior airBNB with an ant infestation. Kathleen, last minute, offered to let us stay in her home even though we were only able to give her very little notice. When we arrived, after having quite a day, we were welcomed into Kathleen's beautiful, clean home right near the beach in walking distance from tons of restaurants and bars. She was always available when we had questions, and was so helpful by giving us tips and tricks to make sure we enjoyed our time in Long Beach. Not only would I recommend that anyone looking to stay in Long Beach stay at Kathleen's gorgeous house, but my friends and I are already talking about when we will make our return. 10/10!

We rented Kathleen's property to do our annual executive staff meeting. It is a perfect place: spacious, fully equipped (even a nice plasma TV with Apple TV to project PC screens), etc. Kathleen is also a great host: she helped us find an executive chef, provided local tips, receive an AMZN shipment before we arrived, etc. I would highly recommend.
