Great place and location for 2 families to stay together but with own kitchen's and bathrooms which is really great. Some shade umbrellas around the pool would be helpful as the place has no air conditioning and the pool is a bit exposed to stay out for long without shade. Otherwise an amazing place and location. Lindsay is a great host and extremely responsive.

awesome location, just a short walk down to the beach. Good sized accommodation if you are a big group with plenty of space. the salt water pool is amazing along with a good-sized bbq area with views. would definitelyrecommend

We had a lovely stay at Sandy Toes retreat at Arakoon, South West Rocks. It was extremely peaceful, with heaps of wildlife. Kangaroos in the front yard. Beautiful pool and great accommodation. The owners house was closer than I expected but this wasn’t an issue at any point. Quick drive to the beach and the local shops. Our host Lindsey, was super helpful and answered my many questions patiently and promptly. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone. Thanks so much Lindsey.

Wonderful unique setting. Great for the larger family. Clean and close to all amenities South West Rocks has to offer.

We were 4 couples with 6 kids under 4 and this accommodation was absolutely perfect for our big group. The bedrooms are very generous, plenty of room for cots, bags etc (much bigger than expected!) Comfy lounge room and couch as well as a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, picnic crockery, Tupperware and something we really appreciated- sharp chopping knives! Lovely bbq area with beautiful views made for a great spot for dinner. The pool was a must and perfect for our group. Highly recommend this accommodation, I’m sure we will be back. Thank you to Lindsey and family for a wonderful stay and being so easy to communicate with.
