All are welcome! Quiet and cozy gated community with overnight security. The outside decor is tropical with beautiful landscaping. External lighting throughout the complex. The inside decor is modern/traditional with new windows. Basic cable, ceiling fan, AC units (up/down stairs), sofa bed, community pool (swim at your own risk), and a house phone. Nearby places: Manor Park Shopping Center (Burger King, KFC, Gas station), Khemlani Mart (pizza, Popeyes, Bowling), & Constant Spring gulf course. NO SHARED SPACES. The Rock Villa offers a recently home renovation which includes new: roof, kitchen counter tops, windows, toilet, light/kitchen fixtures, and AC units upstairs and downstairs.

Very nice and super comfortable. Safe and relaxing. My adult kids and I enjoyed this townhouse. SPACIOUS ROOMS…. Spacious bathrooms ( 3 by the way!! ) . Warning ‼️ if you plan to get up early….. DO NOT SLEEP IN MASTER BED!! It literally hugs you!
This place was exactly what I was looking for since it is in the same surrounding where I grew up. It is a quiet neighborhood as well and my family enjoyed using the pool. I highly recommend this place!

A very comfortable stay.
When I first walked in with host, I was very happy the place is so clean and lots of space. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has the most comfortable huge bed! We were very pleased and highly recommend. I am also very pleased I never saw any bugs!

Most of my neighbors are retirees and working class families. Neighbors are quiet and respectful.
Public transportation is within 2 mins walking distance.
