Ryan and Jill were very easy to communicate with. I arrived early and they were able to let me check in earlier because the room was ready. This allowed me to get changed for the Florida weather. The place was within a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the bars/restaurants on the main stretch. It actually wasn’t a bad walk to walk to the other end of the stretch neither. I went to eat at numerous restaurants while I was there and never had a bad experience or food. There was a lot to do there and all close by. The Clearwater aquarium was nice and the Sugar Sand Festival was a great time looking at the sand sculptures. Parking on the Clearwater stretch or in the parking lots was almost impossible unless you waited for a spot to open plus you have to pay. It was nice this place was so close so you could walk to everything. I strongly suggest this place to stay and can’t wait to come back again.

I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at Ryan & Jill's. It was in a perfect location, was adorable, was incredibly comfortable, was super clean and was quiet and relaxing. Ryan & Jill responded IMMEDIATELY when I initially had problems logging into the internet (my own fault). I loved how close it was to the beach - I enjoyed a morning walk, an afternoon reading and swimming and then took a quick walk over to photograph the sunset. Likewise, the home was so close to the intercoastal (or whatever waterway, lol) that I grabbed my coffee to see the sunrise when my phone told me it was just one minute away. I came to the area to watch a youth sports tournament in Tampa. While traffic is always an issue during spring break and on the busy roads, it was actually very convenient to get to various locations in the region (the tournament in Tampa, the team's practices in St. Pete, etc.) I could not have had a better stay and hope to stay there again and again in the future!

Excellent location - walkable to the beach, all of the restaurants and activities, even the marina. So happy with our stay. Can't wait to come back!
