The apartment is exclusive for families which is situated just in front of the free beach at San Salvo Marina with gold sand, and large seashore. The house is lovely, comfortable and recently renewed and is located in a condominium residence.There is a Pinewood with a large bicycle path perfect for walking, running and biking until Vasto Marina. Close sightseeing is Punta Aderci Beach, Vasto Marina, Tremiti Island, Medieval Vasto City, Medieval Tremoli City and National Park of Abruzzo. The main fire of my apartment is the location that is very close to the beach (200 meters) and is located across from Pinewood with a great bicycle route. Overlooking the balcony you can admire the beach of San Salvo Marina. This is this my vacation left and is best furnished to accommodate a family. Beautiful and comfortably furnished, newly renovated with a well equipped kitchen, wifi, TV. I have two double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with double bed, the living room has a high quality double sofa bed and the living / diner houses a 4/6-seater dining table. 2 baby highchair available

The apartment is part of a bigger complex and right by the sea. During hot nights it is fairly airy (no a/c), but there’s is considerable noise from the outside (neighbours, trains, fair ground). There’s only few restaurants in the area. Enzo was very forthcoming and reactive.

C’est la troisième fois que nous logeons chez Enzo, et c’est toujours aussi bien. L’appartement est bien situé et Enzo est toujours réactif aux messages. Nous recommandons!
C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournions dans le AirBnB. Enzo est un hôte attentionné et disponible pour tous conseils, toutes questions. L’appartement est bien localisé, à proximité de la plage. Rien à ajouter... Nous reviendrons !
Comunicazione rapida e precisa, posizione per mare, servizi e paese comoda, casa pulita con molti detersivi, lavatrice ecc..terrazzo vivibile alla sera durante il giorno esposto al sole e fa caldissimo. Nel complesso molto buono

Sulla costa di San Salvo Marina, potete trovare 2 tipi di spiagge, spiaggia pubblica e spiaggia privata. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi piccoli supermercati, panetterie, pescivendoli, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, farmacie, club con piscine, ecc ... tutti raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta.
Tutti gli stabilimenti balneari intorno offrono un spazio giochi per bambini molto vario. La spiaggia e larga , offrendo tanto spazio per i giochi.
Il regolamento comunale prevede lo stop della musica all'00:30 nel centro abitato, salvo ordinanza del sindaco, con il limite di 55 decibel dopo la mezzanotte.
Il lungomare è a 200metri dall' appartamento possibile rumore di movida e musica proveniente dalle attrazioni limitrofe.
The most interesting cities and places to visit near our house are: the medieval town of Vasto and Termoli, the Tremiti Islands with the possibility of sightings dolphins, the abundant mountains such as the Abruzzo National Park and the Maiella National Park, inetere neighboring regions such as Marche in the north and Molise and Puglia to the south, obviously Abruzzo.
