Great apartment, perfect location and friendly host!

You don't want to miss this place!!! It is centrally located to get to so many places in Venice. Not far from San Marco Square or the the Rialto bridge. When we arrived I was nervous for being in Venice for the first time and navigating through Venice, but Stefano, the owner was there to greet us and make us feel comfortable. This place is immaculate, newly renovated, clean and the host had welcoming gifts, food and beverages to make our time there very comfortable. I loved the linens on the bed, a washing was great addition for us. Stefano communicated with us before and during our stay, helping us with restaurants, shops, and attractions to see. He was the best host we encountered during a three week trip to Europe. Should have stayed in Venice longer as there is so much to see and do.

Great flat in the heart of Venice - less than 5 min walk to St.Marks Square. Flat was well equipped and very clean with multiple lounging areas and a big air conditioned bedroom. A small breakfast was also provided each day as well as a welcome bottle of prosecco - host recommended some good restaurants which was greatly appreciated.

Sabina’s apartment is lovely and exactly as described in her listing. It is immaculate.. The location and value could not have been better. Everything you could need and more was provided. We especially loved the little baskets of treats and snacks that were provided in abundance! Great selection of coffees (one of my priorities!) and tea. Most of all we were so grateful for Sabina’s assistance in getting to the apartment and back to the airport. Stephan and his wife were fantastic. NOTHING is easy to find in Venice and we would have been lost without their help!

Une seule chose à dire. Vivement notre prochain séjour chez Stefano et Rossella. Tout y est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien. Deco soignée et typique, ce qui était pour nous important, étant à Venise. Propre avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, même un petit déjeuner était prévu! Literie confortable. Et logement à 5 minutes de la place dans une ruelle calme. Stefano et Rosalia sont adorables et attentionnés . Bouteille de Prosecco à notre arrivée, carte de Venise pour ne pas se perdre et d’autres surprises encore vous attendent….. allez y les yeux fermés!
