This place is a peaceful, private getaway on Nassau! Comfortable, fully stocked, and spacious. The location is quiet with a private beach. We saw maybe 1 person a day on the beach, at most. We traveled with our 1 year old daughter and had the most amazing time. Beautiful beach and amazing view from the balcony. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We had 2 of our fitters stayng here while they worked on a local property. They both said how lovely it was! The communication has been amazing. The pictures they were sending looked wonderful.

Tangerine Sunsets is quite a unique find on Nassau. While much of the island is either touristy or otherwise populated, this location was isolated and quite private. It was right on the beach, which was empty almost the entire time, with pristine blue waters! Duran is a great host - he provided us with relevant information before the trip, options for transportation, and he was very responsive. While it was a bit tricky to find, and a bit of a drive from everything else on the island, Duran's detailed directions allowed us to find the property without a problem. There were no issues with check-in, just keep in mind that luggage has to be carried up the stairs. The deck was incredible, with sweeping views of the water - great for outdoor eating or reading! There were nice lounge chairs downstairs. Some reviews mentioned concerns with the area. While there are a few abandoned houses along the street, the neighborhood overall felt safe and we had no safety issues while staying there.
