El apartamento es genial; es céntrico, limpio y grande. Paula también fue muy atenta des de que llegamos. Nos recomendó todo lo que podíamos visitar. También fue muy flexible con las horas de entrada y de salida. El apartamento está a 15 minutos andando del centro; se encuentra en una calle muy bonita en pleno centro histórico. Lo único que podemos comentar de negativo es que hay un bar junto a la casa en el que se reune gente y por las noches hay un poco de ruido. Sin embargo, las ventanas aislan bastante el ruido. Recomiendo mucho a Paula y a su apartamento!

To start with Paula was a great host! She was very responsive and personally met us at 1am to show us her place and answer any questions. It was very thoughtful gesture that we appreciated! The place itself was nice and had a good view to the street. Now here is the bad or unexpected ( not Paulas fault) 1. There is no way to get to the place by car so it takes good 10 minute walk with suitcases to get to the apartment it was very inconvenient for us because we got 4 big bags with us. 2. It would be nice to know that literally right next to the apartment is a bar/nightclub that works until 3 am so its impossible to fall asleep because loud music and people yelling goes on EVERY night. We closed the windows, shutters and still it was like in the next room.

Paula is an exceptional host - greeted us upon arrival with a delicious baguette, cheese, pate, olives, wine and beer. She prepared a binder of local attractions which she reviewed as well as personal recommendations on restaurants and the best pasteis de nata. The apartment was exactly as advertised - clean and nicely decorated. Paula answered any questions we had very quickly. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and Paula certainly rates #1 as a host. My only suggestion is to ensure your Uber/taxi knows where to drop you off. We climbed many steps with luggage when he could have went up the alley and dropped us off with a short walk up to the apartment.

We had a fabulous time at Paula’s place! She met us with a huge smile and made us feel very welcome right away. She had prepared a lot of information to tell us about getting around and what to see. It was a great week.

We stayed at Paula’s place during the Web Summit conference. The house was super cute and cozy. We loved the neighbourhood and it was walking distance to city centre and interesting sites. Also easy access to train and metro station. Paula was very friendly and super helpful. We arrived very late in the evening but she was there happily welcoming us. I would definitely stay at her house again if I ever get the chance.
