We had a lovely time at Lynsey’s place over Christmas with our friends and children. The pool was lovely and the large outside area meant it didn’t matter if it was raining we could still sit outside.

Our family spent 10 days at Lynsey’s place in Avoca over Christmas break - it was a beautiful home with a beautiful outlook and we very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Although upon arrival after a long drive interstate we were rather disappointed to not have soap in the showers. Having spent a lengthy time at the house it was hard to keep the pool clean of leaves/dirt without access to a creepy crawly or pool maintenance. Please also note no beach towels are provided or adult swimming towels. Apart from that, I would recommend this stay as we all enjoyed our time in Avoca. Thanks

My family had a wonderful 2 weeks in Avoca.Serene location with lots of space. The pool is a highlight and great escape from the heat. The beach is about 15 min walk depending on level of fitness. Lovely cafe down the hill :)

Our family (6 adults 1 baby) stayed at Lynsey’s place over the Christmas break and we had a fabulous time! The location is beautiful, practically in the tree tops! 10 minutes from Avoca beach and the pool was fabulous! Although there is no air con, the bottom levels of the house stayed cool even on a 37 degree day! We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!
