Beautifully designed and renovated in an environmentally conscious way, this is the lower floor of our owner occupied duplex which opens onto a spacious garden on an extremely quiet, safe street in Greenpoint Brooklyn’s landmark district. The Space: The space is luxurious as well as cozy. Amenities: Six-burner stovetop, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Mr. Slim air conditioning system, Internet, and cable TV. Additionally, there is a desk in the corner with a Mac desktop and an attached printer which guests are free to use.

This is truly a Brooklyn hidden gem! Our stay was in such a cute and central part of Greenpoint — so much to explore around us, including coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, a park, and even a few yoga studios Michael provided recommendations + was very responsive throughout our stay The kitchen was well-stocked and the place had great amenities, including laundry. We will definitely be back!
L’appartement est calme, beaucoup de commerces autour autant pour manger que pour faire du shopping, des friperies, des magasins de vinyles, un accès au métro rapide, literie confortable, cuisine au top… Je ne peux que vous recommander de louer cet appartement. Et enfin Michael, un hôte hospitalier, gentil et disponible. Une personne que vous serez heureuse de rencontrer et qu’on n’oublie pas. Encore merci Michael, merci Erika et enfin merci Daniela.
Michael’s home was a gorgeous, comfortable stay with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet and cute and within walking distance of so many different places in Greenpoint and Williamsburg! Michael was an amazing host and was so flexible and helpful during our stay. 10/10, definitely stay here!
Michael's place was in a perfect location for us to explore the city. It's an easy walk to the subway and the trains run frequently. When we arrived Michael and of course Daniela (the sweetest rescue dog) were waiting for us to show us around the place. The AirBnB had a stocked fridge with the essentials, which is a very nice touch. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back one day to hang out with Michael and Daniela in the garden :)
Micheal's space was perfect for me. Beautiful architecture, spacious, lovely courtyard and extremely quiet and comfortable. Surprising how easy this neighborhood was to navigate. Close to many restaurants and shops as well as other amenities including the site of my conference. And for being in the city amazingly quiet as it is on the end of the street feeding into a cross street that also ends at the corner which keeps the amount of thru traffic to a bare minimum. I will recommend this AirBnB to friends and look forward to being able to stay here again.

Greenpoint and next door Williamsburg are now the hottest neighborhoods in New York.
Fortunately Greenpoint is less frantic and still retains a nice neighborhood scale while still having great restaurants and coffee shops.
G Train 2 blocks away. 30 minutes to mid town.
L train a 10-12 minute walk then 5 minutes to Union Square.
Greenpoint ferry stop 5 minute walk away.
