Thank you very much Hana and Grant. Hana, Grant and their two kids are very friendly and helpful. They are a nice family to see around. We enjoyed staying in their basement unit for more than 2 months mostly during March and April. It is very convinient for 2 people and maybe plus a child. The unit's location is called Little Korea and it is just near the Cristie Pits Park. There are nice cafes, restaurants and markets around here. We enjoyed walking to downtown and it takes around 50mins by walking. If you take a subway or a lyft/uber drive, it is around 15mins and stations are so close. The basement unit has also a common garden with the upper unit where the family lives. If I come to Toronto, I would stay here again. So I would recommend everybody for staying here.

I loved my stay at Grant’s apartment. It was very centrally located close to the subway station, restaurants and bars. Grant’s place was very clean and stocked with everything you need for a long term stay including plentiful kitchen items. This made it very easy to feel at home and cook when not enjoying the local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great with good water pressure and warmth, which was appreciated coming in from a Toronto winter! Grant and Hana were incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible when I wanted to change my booking.

I had an amazing experience during the two months that I spent at Grant & Hana’s place. They were easily accessible through messages, quickly responsive, and extremely accommodating during our stay (me and my 2-year-old daughter) while we were waiting for our apartment unit to get ready to move in. The unit was clean and bright, exactly as advertised, and also fully furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable long-term stay. Whenever I needed groceries or food delivered to my door, the path was always clean and the lights were on, so with some detailed instructions, no delivery person got lost or disturbed the hosts by knocking at the wrong door. The best thing that could have happened was Grant & Hana’s referral for a great babysitter who could be with my baby in the evenings while I explored and enjoyed all the entertainment available within walking distance. If you want a cozy and warm experience while you are away from home, Grant & Hana will be your perfect hosts.

I had an amazing stay here. Grant was extremely accommodating, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The area is also convenient, right next to a park and has plenty of great food. Highly recommend!
