Beautiful house on a large rustic property. Modern yet practical; very homey and relaxing. Enjoy stunning views and sunsets from a very spacious yard and pool. A great spot for a romantic getaway or for small families that are looking for a peaceful relaxing stay. Perfect for photo shooting. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Lots of local food and fine dining. Take ferry or drive to Old San Juan, and main attrations. 20 min from Airport. This place has the best of all worlds. The house is very spacious and is fully equipped; all you need is to bring your clothes. It can accommodate four people comfortably in its two cozy air conditioned bedrooms / two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, 50" TV and free wifi among many more amenities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV, free wifi and a hall bathroom. Up to three more guests (at an charge) can be accommodated in shared spaces. There is a queen sofa bed for two in the living room in an open concept setting with dining room and kitchen. There is also a full size bed in the family room. The house has a laundry room for those staying three or more nights, out door shower and gorgeous pool. This property is not children friendly (2-11 years old) due to the pool (up to 10ft deep) and open Lake access. The lake is not intended for swimming. The yard is very large with individual sitting and relaxing areas. The entire yard is fenced in for safety and privacy. However you have open access to the lake for fishing or relaxing. Small trained dog is allowed at an additional charge.

Stayed for 4 nights with another couple and loved it! We had just completed a 10 day sailing vacation and wanted to spend a few days relaxing on land before going home. We ended up pretty much staying in the back yard the entire time! The property is exactly as described and the yard is perfect. Lots of patio furniture and loungers as well as umbrellas to protect from the sun. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature. We BBQ'd burgers and enjoyed watching pelicans, turtles, lizards and iguanas as well as the 40-50 pound tarpins swimming close to shore, which we tried to catch without luck. But the fishing was really enjoyable and we did manage to catch (and release) a snook. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked perfectly. Noemi was very friendly and responsive to anything we needed. We found it very convenient having her (and her husband) living close by. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Not a pleasant stay, very strict and demanding host. House is nice, well equipped, backyard and pool beautiful. Note:The host can enter the property through a door that only opens in one direction within the house. Some cameras are pointing and shooting directly at the pool, there is no sense of privacy. *EXPECT UNEXPECTED RULES *
It was an amazing stay, very clean and it felt like home. I would definitely stay there again. The view was very beautiful.

Levittown is a very vibrant town in the city of Toa Baja. This town has many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and much more. Because It is centrally located between the touristic cities of Old San Juan and Dorado, major attractions and activities are not far. Ten minutes to the largest Shopping Mall in the Caribbean: Plaza Las Americas Mall. Even closer is Rio Hondo and Plaza del Sol Shopping malls. All have cinemas. The local food is exquisite, we have many top rated restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal. Please take the time to visit the best bakeries in town, that attract people from all over the island and abroad. Close to top touristic areas like, Isla de Cabra, Old San Juan, El Condado, Science Park, Gulf Park, Bacardi Plant, and more.
We highly recommend you rent a car to explore the island, but if you just want to stay close to San Juan, than you can use Uber services. The property is close to everything, from walking to the beach, Five min (5) drive to Catano Ferry (takes you to Old San Juan), Bacardi Plant Tour, Dorado Golden Coast Beach, Bayamon Science Park, Shopping Malls and much more.

First of all i am a wife and mother of two young men that live in the US. My baby is my dog Coco. He's a small bichone and is 15 years old ...he doesn't bark any more. We love to travel to the US especially NY, California, Florida ... Love to go to the movies and go to a new restaurant every week. As a host, i am very friendly and helpful, always treating my guests like family so they can feel welcome and at home. I live on the property adjacent to the house in an apartment that doesn't interfere with the house or guests.
