It's always great to stay in Marina Vallarta on the golf course. We felt right at home and the beds were awesome. Great slleeps. Golf course is in great shape.

Not the best experience, host cancelled the first 4 weeks of our stay last minute.The place was dirty and smelly Gardener did a good job of keeping the outside and the pool clean

Although the property is in a great neighborhood, we were very disappointed in its condition. Grass was uncut, exterior paint peeling badly, pool area so overgrown with shrubs and trees that pool hardly got any sun. There was only 1 lounge chair for a possible 8 guests (pool area is shared). Pool deck concrete is cracked and the pool hatch is severely rusted and dangerous if stubbed your toe. Inside the linens all need replaced, and in kitchen there was no tea towels or dishcloths at all. There was no kitchen sink plug. Gas stove top was broken and one burner didn't work. There were no mixing bowls or no cookware to use in oven (no cookie sheet or baking pans, roasters). No wine glasses or corkscrew. We had read reviews of these items before but trusted that the owners as per their response to those reviews, had fixed the problems. No such luck. (review of Feb 2022 from Raquel and owner response). This has potential to be a beautiful property but SO MUCH WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE

Kaila and Roy’s Villa was the perfect canvas that allowed us to create a family vacation of upmost enjoyability and relaxation. The stunning backyard of lush and tropical greenery was the perfect environment for a morning coffee, or late night barbecue. Over the years, we have fallen in love with Marina Vallarta, and this Villa is of close proximity, in addition to the Airport, and grocery and convenience stores. The interior of the Villa had many breathtaking aspects, including the statement staircase and the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. For a little downtime, we enjoyed the living room which provided ample room for our family, and included a smart TV to connect to our favourite streaming providers. We truly had a wonderful experience at Kaila and Roy’s beautiful Villa, and we would highly recommend it!
