I’d recommend this air bnb and stay again one day Robert was very accommodating as booked the wrong dates and was able to change them so thank you for being flexible. The rooms were great for all of us.

Robert’s place is ideal for a big family get together or many families staying together. Located in the busselton holiday village in a nice quiet corner. The location is supreme and has all the amenities that you need. Plenty of space for kids to run around and you can bike to town / beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again.

Spacious n great for a big group. We had 8 in the group n everyone had their own room. Well stocked with utensils. Outdoor patio was a great place to unwind over drinks n a barbie after golf! Only set back was the proximity to a busy road, particularly around 5.30 to 6.30am.

For most people chasing very basic accommodation for a sizeable group you could probably make do but for us we found the place dark, depressing and outdated. At this price point (peak summer) we felt a few things could use some attention: - if you are staying in summer the place does not handle days multiple days over 35 degrees. Two little split systems does not cool down the rooms and you will swelter at night. We were given 3 terrible fans for 8 rooms. - we could not open the windows for the stench coming off the lake. Nor could we sit outside. - Be prepared to battle pulling off fly wire screens if you do want to crack a window… - The mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. - The carpets and window seating need a deep clean. - we struggled to cook for a large group with such a small bbq hotplate - you are staying in a holiday park with a lot of elderly permanent residents (not a bad thing just not the vibe we were expecting).

We had a great family Christmas holiday in the guesthouse - lots of space, rooms and areas for the kids to play. Pool on site is a bonus for when the weather gets windy. A few friendly frogs outside entertained the kids too! We will stay again in the future for sure!
