Typical house of the region of Aveiro, from the beginning of the last century, with small and cozy rooms and a small terrace, located right in the middle of Costa Nova, between the best beaches and the center of Costa Nova. The nearest beach is just 150 meters away (2 minutes on foot). The center of Aveiro is just a 10-minute drive away. The house is a small one storey house from the beginning of the last century which still retains many of its original features. It has capacity to accommodate 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms. The house has: • 2 Bedrooms with double bed. • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (it is not possible to put these beds together). • The beds are ready for you with fresh linen. • Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, stove (with gas oven), microwave, refrigerator, magic wand, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc. • Cozy dining and living room equipped with cable TV with over 100 channels (including international channels). • 1 Bathroom with bath, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. • Small sunny terrace in front of the house. It also has a cooler little patio at the back of the house, with everything you need to treat your clothes. • Wireless internet throughout the house, including outside. • Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, 2 adult bicycles and 2 child bikes (one with wheels), parasol and windshield, some beach toys, books. All enclosures have light and natural ventilation.

Petite maison traditionnelle, compacte et fonctionnelle. Les trois chambres sont agréables et la literie de grande qualité. Nous y étions en basse saison. (fin octobre, début novembre). Le secteur était paisible et tranquille à souhait, avec quelques cafés et restos à proximité. On entend les vagues depuis la maison. Maria est une hôte des plus accueillantes et professionnelles!! Je recommande sans hésitation.
Typisch Portugiesische Unterkunft! Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig intakt und heile . Gemütliche kleine Unterkunft in super Lage . Sehr liebe und nette Gastgeberin die immer erreichbar ist und hilfsbereit ist. Wir , eine fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kindern, haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir dürfen ! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!!
Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cette maison de plage idéalement placée ! Nos ados et nous étions ravis ! Un petit barbecue aurait été un plus !
Maria est une hôte très sympathique. Logement situé à proximité de la plage donc top sur ce point. Équipements de la maison à améliorer toutefois (ex penser à changer le frigo presque HS) Cette maison est une destination de choix pour qui souhaite juste passer quelques jours à Aveiro.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Holzmöbel, alte Fußböden. Das Haus hat ein schönes Flair. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch im Hochsommer nicht überlaufen. Notwendiger Windschutz und Sonnenschirm sind im Haus vorhanden. Ein guter Bäcker und die Fischhalle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Maria ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin.
