Great place for our family holiday week. The house was spotless with plenty of space for us to gather and spread out. Huge backyard for the kids to run and patio and deck spaces. There were kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and paddle boats for everyone. Grandkids caught lots of fish off the dock. Water isn't really swimmable, but there are several beach options just a short drive away. Our favorite beach was Half Moon.

River Haven is the perfect retreat for a large group gathering. There is lots of room to spread out if you need a quiet space, but there is also lots of room for fun and games indoor and out. There is a shed full of outdoor games (bocci ball, ladder, ball, croquet, etc. There are also kayaks and a canoe available to use. It is clean and well organized. We had the opportunity to meet Ken and Amy which was an added bonus. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The river was nice to canoe and kayak on. There is a very nice bike/walking trail in Amery. The only down side (small) ... limited swimming due to the duck weed and weeds.

This is a great big place with lots of space for family gatherings. Everything we could ever need was available in the house. Great indoor and outdoor space for hanging out or getting away from everything.

This is our 2nd time staying at Riverhaven, and we absolutely loved it. Last time we stayed over Christmas, this time it was spring. We had such a great time on the lake with the peddle boat and canoe. This house is doesn’t just sleep 10, it’s roomy enough for 10 to not be cramped at all. There are tons of toys and games for kids and two different tv rooms. One upstairs and one downstairs if kids and adults want to watch different things. The kitchens are completely stocked and have everything you need to cook. This is perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together.
