LOCATION! It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants. And a big bonus are the 2 reserved parking spaces next to the building. The pictures match the actual cottage. There are also a screened-in front porch and a patio out back. The queen bed was very comfortable, although the bedroom is a little tight. The kitchen, bathroom, and living area had everything listed and then some. Vickie is a great host, responded quickly to our questions, and was very flexible with our requests. I highly recommend this cottage for a beach vacation!

My family had a great time! Everything is in walking distance or a short drive away. Perfect for a small family met all our needs.

It was a great place for us, walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Also super close to a convenience store to pick up any items we may have missed. There is a fully functioning kitchen but, cooking oil and seasonings were not provided. There were plenty of towels and blankets throughout the home.

Vickie was a great host! The place was exactly what the pics showed and clean/cozy. It was an easy quick walk to the beach and to surrounding shops and restaurants. The pier was to the left of the parking lot down from our street. We will visit again !
