We had a lovely stay at Lavender Lodge while we were at Crufts. It was perfect for our dogs and we had everything we needed. Having read the reviews, I knew about the visiting dogs but that was fine with us. Having to walk past the main house does lower the privacy aspect but once you’re in the lodge it’s completely private. Wonderful views and great facilities. Nicola and her husband were really friendly. Thank you!

Fabulous accommodation in beautiful countryside setting with lovely walks on the doorstop. The house is super clean comfortable & well equipped. The hosts go above & beyond to make you feel at home. My parents stayed here whilst their house was being refurbished & Nicola was so kind & accommodating. An additional benefit is a daily visit from Bonnie the dog everyday I know my parents are going to miss her when they go home. If you want a lovely break in the country with great places nearby to visit this place is perfect.

Nicola was a wonderful host, responsive, friendly and attentive. She was very accommodating and always checked in with us to make sure we're okay, and was happy to provide us with things we needed. Highly recommend this place, it was lovely getaway for us and the lodge was very peaceful.
